Order Cancellations

Requesting cancellation

Email support@navisupp.com as soon as you decide you no longer want an order. Quote the order number and the email address you used at checkout so we can find it quickly.

When an order can be canceled

We review requests promptly, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment has begun. An order that has shipped can no longer be canceled.

Payments and shipped orders

When a paid order is successfully canceled, any captured amount is reversed or refunded to the original payment method. If the package has already shipped, wait for delivery and request an approved return under the Returns & Refunds policy.
