Requesting cancellation

Email support@navisupp.com immediately if you need to cancel an order. Include the order number and the email address used at checkout.

When an order can be canceled

We review requests promptly, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment has begun. An order that has shipped can no longer be canceled.

Payments and shipped orders

When a paid order is successfully canceled, any captured amount is reversed or refunded to the original payment method. If the package has already shipped, wait for delivery and request an approved return under the Returns & Refunds policy.
