Limited Warranty

NaviSupp provides a 1-year limited warranty for products purchased directly from this store. Coverage begins on the delivery date and is separate from the 30-day return period.

What is covered

The warranty covers a material or manufacturing defect that causes the cup or an included component to fail during normal personal use within 12 months after delivery.

Available remedy

For an approved claim, NaviSupp may provide a replacement or refund the purchase price. The appropriate remedy is selected after the claim is reviewed. We arrange and pay return shipping when return of the item is required for an approved warranty claim.

What is not covered

• Damage caused by accident, impact, misuse, neglect, or improper care.
• Damage caused by alteration, unauthorized repair, or use inconsistent with the product information supplied with the item.
• Normal wear, surface marks, or cosmetic changes that do not result from a material or manufacturing defect.
• Loss of the cup or included components, or damage arising from commercial use.

Making a claim

Email support@navisupp.com with the order number, a description of the issue, and clear images or video that show the problem. Wait for instructions before sending the product back.

This limited warranty does not reduce rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.
